How to Save Money Series

One of my favorite things to do is to find a good bargain.  There’s just something about walking out of a store, goodies in hand, knowing that I’ve saved some serious cash on my purchase.  {Apparently there are some others that think finding a great deal is, um, satisfying as well…}

While some people like toting around ugly, overpriced purses, I bask in the glory of a cute outfit created for under $20.

While others make late night runs to the drugstore to pick up more toothpaste when they run out, I simply walk upstairs to my stockpile closet and pull out a tube.

I’m proud to be a coupon queen.  Not only does it save my family money, but it helps us donate many items to charity as well.

Friends and family often ask me about my money saving tricks,  so I figured that other people might be interested as well.  So, I will be sharing with you some of my best money saving tips over the next few weeks.  The range of topics will include how to save money on groceries, household essentials, restaurants, clothes, entertainment, and more!  I’m sure you will be able to pick up a few tips.  Look for the first installment next week!

    Ooh! Can’t wait to read more. I completely agree about those really expensive huge purses – they are generally extremely ugly.

    Your blog is great, I’ll for sure be coming back!

  2. Oh I love being the coupon queen… I have to say I don’t think I would ever change!
